Tucked away among the trees, this thoughtfully designed tiny home sleeps up to 4 guests and offers the perfect blend of nature, coziness, and modern convenience.

Inside, you’ll find a private back bedroom with a queen bed and a charming upstairs loft with a full bed—perfect for kids or extra guests. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook real meals (no camp stoves required!), and the full bathroom with shower makes freshening up easy after a day outdoors.

Meet the J Family 🩶

Coming from Puerto Rico, where family and a deep love for nature are at the heart of their lives, the J Family always dreamed of a place to reconnect and grow closer together surrounded by the outdoors. They found that in this tiny home- a space to slow down, unplug, and create intentional family moments immersed in nature. It quickly became a place filled with laughter, peace, and meaningful memories. Now, they're grateful to open "The Cozy Doe" to you and warmly invite you to experience it with the ones you love.

Guests have access to entire house and yard.

Guests have access to amenities at Deer Lick Phase 1 Community (across the main highway, within walking distance) which include pavilion and access to Deer Lick Waterfall and hiking trails. Access code will be given at check-in.

Guests will also have access to amenities at Water's Edge Tiny Home Community in Tracy City (5 minutes away), which include playground, outdoor games (corn hole, bocce ball), public docks for fishing or water access, and community fire pits. Access code will be given at check-in.
